Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Prattville Montgomery

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s located near many restaurants and right off the interstate so it’s very convenient. The breakfast was really good. I highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I were traveling and after spending a few days in a 50 year old but highly rated hotel, it was truly a treat to find a new hotel to stay in. The hotel was clean and you could still that it was new. The front desk was extremely accommodating when checked in and out. The breakfast is typical hotel food however the was hot and good with plenty of seating. Everything was very clean. We will stay again. I feel they deserved a 5/5.

My stay at Microtel in Prattville Alabama was a good choice. It is a new hotel with up to date amenities, but what made my experience worthwhile, were the employees. I went to the breakfast area three times. My first time was at 7:30 to get coffee. That is when I first encountered Philia, the young lady managing the breakfast area. She is a bright joyful person that was keeping up with what needed to be stocked up, while she was making her guests feel welcomed. I went back a second time for more coffee, then a third time for food. Philia was on top of keeping up, with what needed to be kept up with. She had taken extra measures to accommodate for the busy times, when the area had a large amount of people, by having extra coffee on hand, so people did not need to wait for it. I encountered the day manager, Karson when I had a slight accident. As I was trying to balance my coffee and open up the door to my room, I didn't balance my coffee and it splashed down the door, wall and floor. The mess was very upsetting for me. Karson was not only quick to help, she also was incredibly gracious in trying to alleviate my embarrassment. I was very grateful for her kindness.

My room and bathroom were clean and nice. WiFi was good enough to use. Hotel was inviting and a decent location.

This hotel was spotless and had such a welcoming, friendly environment. Ms. Faye was absolutely exceptional at check-in and check-out, and the entire staff showed top-tier customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. Highly recommend! Will most definitely return again so if your looking for a great place to stay please come here and check the environment out for yourself

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very accommodating, the breakfast was awesome with a great selection! Plus it was easy access! Would recommend!!

The rooms are beautiful!! Love the design! No closet, but do we really need one. The only problem with the room is they didn't measure the faucet on the sink properly so water ran backwards everywhere! Perfect location!!!! We loved our stay!

This hotel appears to be new and well-maintained. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom offers hot water. However, the water tends to spill when washing hands or brushing teeth. Breakfast provides a good selection, including fresh eggs, juice, and sausage, and the coffee is quite enjoyable. Unfortunately, the waffle machine is currently out of order.
